This place is amazing. 3 miles of undeveloped beaches and this tree graveyard where the beach is eroding naturally, something I’ve never seen before. TONS of shells everywhere because you are not allowed to take anything with you when you leave. I hope that I can go back at high tide sometime soon!

We spent a week down near Charleston, SC with my parents and my sister’s family, it was a perfect little vacation (minus a few jellyfish stings)!

Last month I was lucky enough to fly out to gorgeous Catalina Island in CA to help my friend (and super talented photographer) Nicole Fields photograph an amazingly fun wedding! Danielle and Scott chose to get married in one of their favorite places and their wedding celebration was a tour of the island. As you can imagine it was super crazy fun to photograph! Sweet as ever, fiesty, still LOVES her sister, miss independent, must put her own pants and socks and shoes on by herself, carries as many toys as she can handle everywhere she goes, begs for chocolate, talks talks talks, is mostly potty trained, sings all the time, loves Dora, her favorite color is orange, her favorite music is Coldplay, loves strawberries and bananas, loves the Knuffle Bunny books, very cuddly, still gives kisses with her lower lip puckered out, loves riding horses but is terrified of them face to face, fascinated with airplanes and birds, loves smelling flowers, loves to find the moon, loves her grandparents and aunts and uncles, loves her ‘moneys’, talks about what she wants to show Daddy when he gets home from work, loves to play ‘monster is coming!!’, loves to dance and spin and somersault. She brings us sooooo much happiness and we can’t wait to see what age two has in store for us!!

Yesterday Sydney and I headed over to my awesome friend Shey’s place to do some photos. She took some incredibly gorgeous Spring wonderland photos of Sydney, I am just in awe over them!!
